- Excellent English communication skills- The ability to communicate effectively is a core skill required to be a successful recruiter.
- Passionate about recruitment & having relevant experience into Non-IT recruitment.
- Involved in End to End recruitment.
- Responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals Like Naukri, Times, Monster including LinkedIn and also generating leads through referencing.
- Understanding client requirements based on the expectations and the project needs.
- Should have good experience with job postings, search strings, mass mails, referencing, vendor list etc
- Should have good understand of Non-IT requirements.
- Building good rapport with each candidate for long term association.
- Should have experience with salary/ rate negotiations with potential candidates.
- Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates.
- Meeting daily & weekly targets by submitting quality candidate.
- Ability to work in fun filled, target driven environment.
